This combination of software allows for on-line order entry, real time status update, and on-line access to ALL documents associated with a closing. These documents can be accessed at all times and from any location that has web access.

After the closing occurs, these systems along with our exclusive scanning and storing technology safeguard all documents including the signed note, mortgage and recording to a secure web address. Storing documents electronically is perfect for efficient retrieval at a later date and for compliance measures.

Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and consumers can all have access to the electronic files.
